Shipping policy

LOCATION-

We are located in Omaha, NE which is located in the Center of the country in the United States.

PROCESSING TIME-

Processing time is 3-5 days for RTS sets, 1-2 weeks for MTO sets and Freestyles, and 2-4 weeks for customs. This does not include shipping.

SHIPPING TIME-

In the United States, shipping usually runs 4-5 business days. International shipping varies based on country (usually 2-3 weeks. COVID-19 may affect this time frame). Please email for international shipping at falsedigits@gmail.com

TRACKING INFORMATION-

A tracking number will be provided with all purchases (Free shipping on sizing kits excluded). If international order, tracking will only be seen by the buyer once it has left country of origin (United States). Contact your local postal service if you experience shipping delays.

ADDRESS CHANGE-

Not once the order has been placed. We can refund as an option if you reach out within the first 24 hours and then you may reorder with the correct address.

RETURNED PACKAGE-

If a package is returned to the sender (due to improper address entry, changed address, etc.) we will reach out via email to get in touch about the package. In order for False Digits to send the package again, we will make a link on the website for purchase in the shipping amount. This link will be emailed. Once purchased, new tracking will be sent.

Always make sure to include the entire address, including apartment numbers, to ensure the package arrives properly.
