Shipping

  • Where are your products shipped from?
      • We are based in Omaha, NE which is located in the Center of the United States.
  • How long to process my order?
      • Processing ranges depending on the time of year. Sizing Kits and Ready to Ship Sets process in 3-5 days, Made to Order Sets process in 1-2 weeks, and Customs & Freestyles process 2-4 weeks.
      • Rushed processing is available at an additional fee. 
  • How long does shipping take?
      • In the United States, shipping usually runs 3-5 days. International shipping varies in the country (usually 2-3 weeks, COVID-19 will make shipping much longer)
      • Shipping is out of our control. Once your order is processed based on our times stated above, your package is out of our control.
      • Order insurance on your package to guarantee your money back once shipped.
      • Expedited Shipping available for an additional fee. 
  • How do I track my items? 
      • A tracking number will be provided with all purchases (sizing kit is excluded). If international order, we will not be able to see tracking once the package leaves the United States.
  • I'm having problems with the tracking link/ID, what should I do?
      • We can try and resend you the tracking number. Or call your local post office to try and resolve any tracking problems 
  • Can I change my shipping address?
      • You must reach out within 24 hours (US only). We sometimes ship Sizing Kits in the same day and this can create problems. Be sure to double check your address. If it gets sent back to us, we will send you a new invoice to pay for the new shipping.
  • What can cause delays in my shipping?
      • COVID-19 will delay many shipping times right now. We try to send most packages out Monday-Wednesday so that they can properly send throughout the United States that week. But sometimes packages get stuck. We have had packages stuck in a city for months for no reason. Sometimes that just happens. Not often. It's not your fault or ours. Just have to be patient. You will receive the package. Or you may call your local post office to clarify anything needed to properly deliver to you.
  • My package was sent back to you, can you resend it?
      • We can but we will need to have you pay to resend it. We will reach out via email to make sure you still want it. View our return policy for more information. 
  • Do we ship internationally?
      • At this moment, we do not. We are planning to incorporate this options soon! Stay tuned :)
  • Do I need to include my apartment number?
      • Yes include all shipping information or it will be returned and you will have to pay for the shipping fee again and will have to wait for it to arrive to you again.
